Really! My husband and I try to shop locally at small businesses when we can and yesterday we shopped for lumber at a Ma and Pa company. I could not believe the wonderful service and quality of the lumber compared to the big box lumber yard we usually shop. The owner even loaded it up in our truck and tied it down, which would usually take my husband 20 minutes or more. Does he have employees, no not during the week, but the price of the lumber and nails reflected that. It was a really nice shopping experience for us for a change.
