I have an issue with this. many things went bye bye due to late deliveries.. but I ordered make up and it is processing but says it is to be delivered tomorrow or actually today ..even worse

@Kachina624 The items I receive from HSN comes from Piney Flats, Tennessee. I have never received any QVC orders from Tennessee. QVC orders come from Rocky Mount, NC; Lancaster, PA; or Eagleville, PA.
It does not appear that they use the same warehouses.

Again HSN great. Ordered Berkman when they were on over the weekend . Received both orders yesterday. Their items don,t stay in process for days and in some cases over a week like QVC.
You can also cancel for hours later if you change your mind. You get good CS service.
Don,t know why QVC HAVING SO MANY PROBLEMS. They blame Covid, weather, etc. Why doesn't,t it affect HSN?

You are correct. They do not use the same warehouses. I don't know why Kachina624 would think that they do.

I agree. HSN orders ship next day after placement. No delays. Covid has been a very convenient excuse for QVC and some merchants on Etsy and Ebay.
I got really upset with a seller on Etsy whose policy stated that she shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Well, as it turned out, she waited 8 business days to ship my item. When I complained, she said that since Covid, the postal service is slower than before. I told her that I could see on tracking exactly when it was given to the post office and that she was the one who had delayed the shipment.

The Bethlehem facility handles both HSN and QVC; each also has its own.
January 28, 2020: Qurate Retail Group is ramping up operations for its newest U.S. fulfillment center in Bethlehem, Pa.
The 1.7 million square foot building – our first to serve both QVC and HSN customers on a joint fulfillment platform – is expected to ultimately handle about 25% of combined volume for both brands once it is fully operational. We began limited shipments from the facility this past fall.

again, its the pandemic! I am tired of people accepting bad business because of this. Maybe orders arriving late would be understandable, but getting orders wrong. That is just bad business!

I agree! The pandemic has been used as an excuse for so many things and I am tired of it, as well.
