Re: What In The Heck Are They Doing???

@Kachina624   Maybe it was a "clerical/administrative MISTAKE" that they will try to "clean up."

No matter what's posted about their "rationale" for doing what you said none of it makes any sense...NONE!

I’m so sorry, but the items are converted back to QVC pricing because of major restock on these items. I hope this clears any confusion you may have concerning the decision that was made.

Here is another reply regarding the no return:

I’m so sorry for any confusion, but this is intentional and not a programming problem. The “no returns” messaging will be removed from the product description for these items also. Hope this helps.

If this makes any business sense, I must be living in an alternative reality. IMHO, I thought they were in business to make money not loose business.

@elated      I'm laughing OUT LOUD at their lame excuse (!!!)   di

@On It   @Kachina624   @cheriere Distressed (aged) inventory is a loss.    They could have scrapped it for a lower price, and taken less of a loss.

Yeah, that's what I thought.  It really doesn't make sense they'd increase the prices.

Re: What In The Heck Are They Doing???

Kachina, Can you give me an example (item #) of something that went up in price that is not returnable? Thanks! 🤗

Re: What In The Heck Are They Doing???

@RescueLover   I can! A549501 I've had this in my "wish list" for several weeks in the "color block" choice.  It was $14 (I kid you not!) and now over $50 with no return or exchange.

Re: What In The Heck Are They Doing???

I don't know what's going on but find it annoying...I wanted to order 2 more prs of ponte pants marked No Return for under $28., now they're $84. & still marked No Return....I don't believe they're going to be restocked because the pants aren't being restocked on the manufacturer's website. Oh well, I'm buying more on my clothes, decor & other needs on the Walmart website now.

Re: What In The Heck Are They Doing???

@Kachina624   I think whover changed the price back to the original just goofed and just let the no returns stand because it was already there.  Not thinking to either remove it or check with supervisor if it should be removed.  And I'm sure the supervisor would say of course remove it as no returns doesnt apply to original price items.  Somebody just not paying attention to just they were doing.

Re: What In The Heck Are They Doing???

@kaydee50 WOW that is CrAzY!! I hadn’t seen that in any of my Wish List Items but yeah that’s just not right!
I read the message from the Q’s customer care that someone posted here but it still does not make sense they would do this. Thank You for sharing! Sorry that this is happening to you and others that are really interested in buying an item. Hopefully someone will correct the problem soon.

The non-explanation explanation only makes it worse.  Do they think that by labelling it "intentional" it magically imparts logic and sense?
