Ok, I wrote about this a few weeks ago. Long story short I returned a broken necklace that was way past 30 days. This was August 2nd. Looked on line and order said call CS, I did. No info on the $72 necklace being returned to me even though that is Q's policy.

To make matters worse I get a letter today that was sent to my old address in Ohio and(moved over a month ago and changed everything before I moved.) I'm in Arizona {#emotions_dlg.scared}

The CS person had no answer as to why that old address was used or could she tell me if my package was sent there either??? Who's on first Q??? A supervisor is supposed to call me back......... I think I know why they are all busy but I'll let you know if/when I get this sorted out.
