I had ordered a kitchen item and it was on 5 easy pays which was great--- until the next day the SAME item was offered for 6easypays. Even though there was only a few dollars difference between the 5 and six easy pays, it still irritated me. I called cs and was told that since my order was in process that no changes could be made. It was not that I wanted to cancel but I wanted to see if they would adjust the easypay for me. The cs lady sent an email and today I received a refund of the difference and the extra ez pay. I am happy to say that my item arrived today ( edd was 8/22) and I am Thrilled with it.{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
