Well, incompetent IT Dept has only needed over haul for YEARS.
Certainly, don't rush it, Q C*O's & Q Mgt.
It's only the means by which a majority of yr Q Customers make purchases.
@JoyFilled Warrior What are C*O's? The problem is not with the IT department so much as it it is with the antiquated computer. I'd say anybody who can patch it up is heroic but we're not really in a position to judge the compency of technical workers, are we?

C*Os could be CEO, CTO, CIOs, etc. The * stands for the variable.
Insofar as systems. Their website probably gets a ton of traffic. And who knows the state of their CRM, HRM, CMS, and other systems? Are they integrated? I'm assuming they are self-hosted and cloud-based. It would be interesting to see their SLA. What's their guaranteed uptime? I'm picturing a vast enterprise infrastructure.
Anyway, although I have Wapplyzer (an app that reports some of the tech websites' use), I can only see some of what they use for infrastructure. And as others such as @Kachina624 have said, there's no way for an outsider to assess the competence of their IT staff.
