Yes, the website and app were both out for hours this morning. The QVC FB monitors confirmed it.

@Caaareful Shopper Not totally. I still can't access some shows. Says we're sorry, items from the show not available. This is a constant problem with the Q's website. This should not be happening as much as it does. Either they need to upgrade their hardware or even soft wear or get better IT people. For a company struggling, they need to make sure people who still want to buy, can do so

I guess QVC C*O's haven't taken care of the continued incompetent Q IT Dept problem yet.
Well, incompetent IT Dept has only needed over haul for YEARS.
Certainly, don't rush it, Q C*O's & Q Mgt.
It's only the means by which a majority of yr Q Customers make purchases.

Just tried to place an order on line. My credit card was debited, but the order did not populate. So it appears I have been charged for no purchase. I noticed a scroll at the top of the webpage indicating technical difficulties. I called customer service and was told that the order probably went through, but should check again in a couple of hours. IT is supposedly working on it. Sigh.

i could not get in the forums for several hours yesterday but seems ok today. Error message contact customer service could not log into my acct. Seems it is fixed now.
