Is anyone else having problems trying to order?  I get the error message that the site is down.......and "Page not found" message.  I hope it comes back up soon.

I was able to place an order, but it showed shipping TBD, along with a message about not being able to calculate shipping charges at this point.  It took a bit to get the order to go through, but it seemed to go through OK. Can't double check because it's not possible to get into order status right now.

QVC must lose tons of sales $ with these all-too-frequent outages during popular shows.

I noticed that too. I had to contact cs to find out what was wrong. It would be helpful if this was stated someone on the homepage.

I cannot get on either.  I bet the Q hates when this happens.  Must be a real headache on their end.

Can't place my order for Linea sweater. Says site is down for "routine maintinence"   what???

QVC's website sure has more than their share of technical problems!

I have had problems as well.  I ended up with three orders and none of them went through.  I called in and talked to a rep and he placed the order again but it didn't go through.  He transferred me to customer service who did the order again and said she cancelled the other two.  I just looked at my order status and I have three orders there!  I probably won't end up with any offer!  What a mess!
