I just went to check my order status and I am receiving the same error code that I received last night well into this morning, is anybody else having the same problem?

Yes!  UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  One can only imagine the loss of sales dollars given all these computer glitches that they have.  Unreal.  What a way to run a business!!!!!!!!!

I posted my comments about the site being down yesterday and I just cannot believe it is happening again.  What on earth is going on there?  Who is running this?  I have never, ever seen a company's website go down like the Q.  Seems like complete incompetence.

@Krimpette I think now we have the answer to why their shipping charges are outrageous at times, missed revenue, have to make up for it somehow!

Incredible, isn't it???  Three channels being broadcast, but no way to order! What a way to run a business!!!!!  Heads should roll!

I can't even get to "items recently on air". HONESTLY QVC, you need to get back to 1 channel, focus on QUALITY, not quanity. SMH!

I guess they "invested" all of their money setting up the other QVC sites around the world and didn't think their American customers were worth the expense of updating and having a working system here in the US.
