Oh, and as others have mentioned, notifications aren't working either. You can see them pop up but there is no list. Vintage Quarate IT.

I have had the notifications issues, but it has been fixed.

I placed an order earlier today, that I still have not received a confirmation e-mail for, nor is it showing in my order history.

I have had this happened twice before, and in those two cases the order showed up the next day. Meaning I received an e-mail confirmation and it was showing in my order history.

My life will go on, but it makes you wonder about their website.

You really have to wonder what it's going to take for highly compensated executives to finally realize that fielding an inadequate website is just plain bad business and is unnecessary, given today's technology. They keep tweaking their website, adding features and trying to expand their range of platforms but FUNCTIONALITY NEVER IMPROVES. It is truly ridiculous. WIsh list is hit or miss (mostly miss) and many product pages won't load (we're sorry) and yes, you should be sorry. Fortunately, I found some of the things I would have bought here over on Amazon (and elsewhere) for less, always free shipping and with a website that actually worked first time. Get it together Qurate. You clearly have your band of loyal shoppers but some of us are fed up with your refusal to address customer service issues.

@stevieb   I bought tons of stuff from Amazon since they want to give free shipping to NEW people.  We have put up with a lot.  We deserve a website that works.
