I tried to view what was shown from midnight last night thru am style this morning 11.5.22.

There is one item showing - the TSV  - that was displayed all night long and then AM style items cannot be loaded!

I am sure there is one more than 1 item shown all night long and then AM Style items unavilable....not a good sign for up coming holiday sales.

I am unable to get to my wish list or add any items to my cart.

This seems to happen whenever they have a free shipping day.

I can order on my phone, though.

@Mom2Dogs    @jlynn14  Try downloading and temporarily using a different browser whenever you're unable to access anything on QVC.

You really have to wonder what it's going to take for highly compensated executives to finally realize that fielding an inadequate website is just plain bad business and is unnecessary, given today's technology. They keep tweaking their website, adding features and trying to expand their range of platforms but FUNCTIONALITY NEVER IMPROVES. It is truly ridiculous. WIsh list is hit or miss (mostly miss) and many product pages won't load (we're sorry) and yes, you should be sorry. Fortunately, I found some of the things I would have bought here over on Amazon (and elsewhere) for less, always free shipping and with a website that actually worked first time. Get it together Qurate. You clearly have your band of loyal shoppers but some of us are fed up with your refusal to address customer service issues.

Try going to My Account, when that screen come up on the right side under RESOURCES  Wish List comes up. When I click on that my Wish List comes up.

Also, Wish List isn't working again as usual on free shipping days.  I'm beginning to think it is intentional.

Yes, it looks like QVC's antiquated computer system continues to add to it's woes by blocking shoppers from buying off their Wish Lists.  Unbelievable!!

@50Mickey

Thank you for the suggestion.  Unfortunately the alternative path you suggested, which I followed, still led me to the same canned "unavailable" scenario which I encountered via my normal access route.

@stevieb  is correct.  When they have greater website or phone lines volume--without faail--their system malfunctions.  One of the hosts on air this morning said that this weekend special 45 hours live is bigger for them than Black Friday, so why can't management anticipate this and fix it ahead of time?

Answer is they have an antiquated website and an outside--overseas--contracted Information Technnology team, which just keeps "patching" and "quick fixing" things on it, which results in another section/function of the website going bonkers.

JUST SO IRKSOME that QVC management--the top echelon--keeps sitting on its hands.

Why deliberately frustrate long-time (and the as yet innocent-to-the-glitch-filled-ways-of-QVC) new customers this way?

Best wishes to all for a lovely weekend.

Good luck if you try to shop that you can wend your way through the Q's pitfalls successfully.

I managed to despite no access to my wish list and purchased two items that I watched being presented on air earlier in the morning and two from today's lunchtime specials.  So I got reduced prices and free shipping after surviving running the QVC obstacle course.

Alny complaints i have made on this board have been about the website.  I still think QVC bids the contract and selects the lowest bidder.  You get what you pay for, cheapest provider, cheap functioning.

I still can see My Wish List and all items presented so I better hurry up and decide what I want DH to buy me for Christmas from my wish list.
