Lately I have accumulated a few items that are on waitlist. I was wondering what other customers experiences have been. Do you usually receive your item? One item has been on waitlist since the beginning of December. There's still room for hope I guess.

I've waited a long time for a couple things but I've always got what I ordered.

Did you check "yes" for sending you the item when it arrives or "no" notify me before shipping?  You can also watch your "order status" at the bottom of QVC's homepage.  I've gotten about 85% of the items I put on waitlist.

I have always received my waitlist items eventually.

I've usually gotten my items.  It seems the longer your request is recieved after the presentation decreases your chances of recieving the item or if it's really late in the season.

i was on waitlist for over a month for something maybe longer. than they emailed me saying my waitlist order was cancelled.. so they let you know if it's not coming back.........

Sometimes they'll send you a letter saying that they couldn't get your waitlist order back in stock!

This also happened to me for a Lock & Lock pie carrier. I was on waitlist for well over 45 days (probably closer to 3 months) before they sent me an e-mail that they were cancelling it because they weren't going to get it back in stock.This was the first time I had a waitlist order that was cancelled.
