Why not?  He's got as much personality if not more than the other two in the photo ...and I happen to like Carolyn & Dan.

That weatherman happens to be popular in the area.  He's probably more well known than Carolyn or Dan....at least in the Philadelphia area and suburbs.

@Reever How do you know what "we" need. Do you even know Adam Joseph? I am from Philly and Adam Joseph is a popular meteorologist in our area. I'm sure many more know him than a QVC host.
