In June I ordered soft pretzels and had them sent to my daughter in Georgia.

It took a long 8 days for her to receive. She sure built up an appetite for them

until they arrived.

I now understand peoples frustration!  I ordered during the Slatkin TSV candles the diffusers in the same Almond Vanilla.  Candles came.  Diffusers have not. They were in stock at the time.  I have an order #.  They have been sitting in process since that time.  No tracking.  But yet going to be delivered on Saturday.  I called this AM and got a flimsy excuse and to let me know that I will never get these.

Also, on 6/21 I ordered a set of Arkive shampoo and conditioner set along with another product from them.  The same order.  I received the other product last week.  The other items are still in process and says that they are in Jacksonville but no UPS label has been created.  She did say that she could fix that one up and resend the products. We shall see if I get one , none or both.
