@wagirl   If you have difficulties it would help to specify your device and browser, are you on the app, etc.

It may not be YOU...     Yesterday morning I had what I would call a "semi" crash.     I was in a different time zone, TV listings from an unknown city, my name was missing, my accounts were gone.    I tried EVERYTHING to fix it myself.......but finally gave up and went shopping.

When I got home, it was all "back to normal"...like nothing ever happened.   

Out of curiosity, I Googled about internet outages...and got a reply that Microsoft  "could be having some challenges"....       di

No problems on my apple computer, but my Iphone is extremely frustrating.  So much so I deleted qvc website on it.  Just use my computer now. But you are right.  qvc IT sucks and has for years.
