@NYCLatinaMe    It's taking my clothing orders 2-3 days to ship.  I bet the Q is having hiring problems like everybody else.

This started a few years ago.  Nothing to do with the pandemic.

QVC Takes more days than that to ship my orders.  Once they ship, I usually get them fast, unless they travel through several states.

Forgot to mention that when we live on the Big Island in Hawaii, a UPS Surepost from the Q arrived after it had made it all the way to Guam!  LOL

@Kachina624 - An "acceptance pending" status means the package was scanned upon arrival at the location but has not yet been scanned for processing / the next delivery phase, so it is not at a point in the system where it can be matched to an anticipated delivery date. (My brother has worked at the USPS for decades.) The timing of the "real scan" and the next status update will depend on the class of service and availability of delivery on your route. Hope you get your package soon!

@MJDinVegas - After your Smart Label package has been picked up by the agent, wait 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be picked up in the agent's system, and you can track return progress through the "Order Detail" page here on qvc.com or through the Pitney Bowes website: https://pitneybowes.shipment.co/track

@loriqvc   Please get your brother to explain why 3 packages delivered to my small local post office yesterday were delivered today, but others sit there up to 8 days.  The ones that sit the longest are small items like jewelry in envelopes.

@Toots711    You need to contact the mods at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com including your order # and have them either reship the item or refund.  Something is wrong.

@Kachina624   I had contacted Customer Svc and they offered both options. Last night I received their replacement   .

I have had similar problems but they only seem to happen with packages from QVC.

I often get tracking from QVC that says it was sent by UPS and will be delivered by USPS. When that happens there is a big delay but they are sometimes delivered by UPS with no delay. I don't order from a large number of websites so maybe I have just been lucky with the others.

It does seem that it is jewlery that I have issues with.  I have been tracking a bracelet I ordered.  It shipped from NJ and was pending acceptance at my post office.  It is now in Urbancrest OH.

@Kachina624 - Typically, small packets that are not sent via First-Class Mail or Priority Mail are in the Parcel Post, UPS SurePost, UPS Mail Innovations, or FedEx SmartPost categories, which are near the bottom of the priority list for delivery. They have to wait for truck space not taken up by the higher classes of mail (which often have guaranteed delivery timeframes) in order to be delivered. So if you have a really efficient post office and/or a lot of carriers and/or a slower week for packages, you could get those lower classes of mail as quickly as you would one of the higher-priority classes. But in our current circumstances of not enough staff and lots of packages to deliver, there's a better than average chance for those smaller packets to have a longer wait before they reach you.
