My husband has been with UPS for over 34 years and is a feeder driver.  I can tell you that UPS is busting at the seams with all of the online orders and very thankful for the business!  The package car drivers are doing everything they can to get your packages to you and I appreciate receiving a package anytime of the day or night...these guys and gals work very, very hard and I sure do appreciate their professionalism!  They even deliver on Saturday's as well.

Ive always had EXCELLENT service from USPS....we have the same guys that service our neighborhood, real nice guys ...... I was taking trash to the recycle dumpster area and the UPS guy said "ma'm Ill take that for you".............

Now USPS is another story....got someone else's package along with mine and it was an act of congress to try to get someone to come and pick it up....Woman Frustrated

the problem with my delivery was the steaks where not frozen. mushy bloody dethawed is that a good enough answer. i should have mentioned that. you eat them!!

Oh good grief.  You didn't mention anything about your "mushy" steaks, just that your order arrived in a rental truck.   The food wouldn't have been any colder in a UPS van.   Just call HSN customer service and get a refund.   If you post sensible "complaints," you will get sensible answers.

We actually know our UPS man because he comes to our house so much.

We saw him the other day and he told us that they are being slammed right

now.  We are receiving packages from people in their personal automobile but

wearing the brown UPS outfit delivering.  Their are Uhaul trucks delivering

for them also.  I ordered somethings from Kohl's and the order was delivered

in my mailbox.  Didn't know that was even allowed.  So I seem to get my FEDEX

orders more prompt and would hope that more companies would use them too.

@pripirt   If it was delivered in your mailbox, then it was shipped UPS SurePost.  UPS does not put packages in your mailbox.  When it's UPS SurePost it's handed off to USPS, and they deliver it.
