TriForce luggage presentation

I watched Leah (who always does a great job presenting) during the TriForce presentation this morning.  The Rep did most of the presenting but you could not cleary see the INSIDE of the bags.  Usually the host walks through and the rep explains.  I thought this was very poorly done this morning. The inside is so very important at least to me so this was not a good selling point for me. Just saying...

You are right and this evening Shawn had the luggage on and didn't open it either. That is very important to me if I was going to be buying luggage.

SK did open the white one but only at the start of the presentation.  The vendor opened it during both Leah and Shawn's  prsentation, but Leah did not open that I recall.  It was hard to see via Skype thru the vendor's camera though.

It's very important to see inside hardside luggage!  Sometimes the hardware, the two long rods that house the handles, take up a lot of room inside.  You lose a lot of packing space when that happens.

Neither presentation was adequate for me.

I prefer a soft suitcase, hopefully with a gusset that I can fill to the breaking point and sit on to close. Hard luggage may be more sturdy for travel, but would have limited space for me. Give me the soft type any time....Yes, under 50 pounds last time I traveled by plane.
