Anyone ask the question or know why we can no longer track our returns on the order status page? I usually get a receipt when I return a package to the usps or ups but as of late because of the situation with the virus I have just placed in the return bin and not waited on the long lines. And of course I should have wrote down the tracking number...but forgot.

@GAC65 - Ever since the "upgrade" to the Order Status page several months ago, there have been some glitches, including the inability to track returns through that page. However, you can take the number listed under "Track Your Return" and enter it on the website of QVC's returns agent, Newgistics: http://www.tracking.smartlabel.com/   This is the same site that used to auto-populate return package details on qvc.com, so you should get some useful information about the progress of your return. For what it's worth, returns are slower than ever (justifiably so, I suppose), but this at least gives you some confidence that your package is moving. Good luck!
