I mostly look at kitchenware and I see some great pans and knives and so on that i have never seen QVC show on tv. The brands they show are almost always the same ones.

I am guessing that it costs the vendors something to be on the tv program? That's the only reason I can think of  as many of the brands/ items never shown, but on the website, are Customer Top Rated.

Just wondering......I realize someone will post that I shouldn't waste time thinking about this but.....I have time. I'm 80 have cancer and am homebound due to being immunocompromised. So I have time to think about things that others think are inane.
So, please avoid the mean responses.....thanks!  ♥

@10000thnickname I am really SORRY to read about your cancer!❤❤ Thankfully, you are able to socialize with Forum friends, and shop from home since you are homebound!😊

PLEASE do not allow any unfavorable remarks to get to you! You have the right to post as you desire, and I believe most posts WILL be positive. With your current medical condition, you do not need the added stress!😊

There is just TOO much inventory to show everything on air, but I LOVE❤ perusing the website!🥰

I hope you are able to find the things you need.🤗

I agree with you, @10000thnickname .  I think it is lame excuse to say we have so many items that we could never show them all.  Well, how about showing us some of them?

They don't seem to have trouble showing us hours of Kim Gravel, Susan Graver, Dyson, food products ad nauseum.

Why not have one day a week where they pull out some of these items and show us, the QVC viewer?  I bet people would turn in just to see something different.  I would. Oh, and don't spend 20 minutes on each item.  HSN has a segment where they show 5 items in 5 minutes.  Guess what!  There is more than enough info given to know if you are interested or not.  The big plus?  No time for family stories, life goals, or any inane chit chat.

I am sorry to hear about your lymphoma.  I am glad your treatment is holding back your disease, but understand how it makes you vulnerable to unwanted infections.  My DH took treatment for close to 10 years that kept him immune compromised.  He ultimately had a bone marrow transplant and was cured.  We are thankful.  He had MDS.

I hope QVC hears our suggestions for bringing out more stock and showing it to us.  I, too, am tired of the same old, same old.  Perhaps QVC needs a new age of possibilities. Woman Wink

@10000thnickname ---so very interesting at how treatment has come so far!! I am a 12 year survivor of stage 3 lobular breast cancer. Had surgery and chemo and radiation in 2012. Was officially declared cured by my onc dr 2 years ago. Am 70 this year. I remember those days of being told to stay away from the real world too. And I did what I was told even tho it bored me to tears. Again----much luck to you!!

I'm so glad that you are a survivor and were cured!

I also ahd colon cancer 3 1/2 yrs ago. So far. so good. Surgery and chemo for that.
For lymphoma, I get immunotherapy.
Yes science has come a long way and I'm so thankful!

Thank you so much!!!!  Yes when I read posts taking potshots at other posters, I generally just log out. It is fine to critique QVC, good aned bad, but I hate to see people put down other posters.
Yes, I agree the website has some great things on it. ♥
Thank you again!

Wonderful to hear about the cure!!! Wow, that lifts me up for sure. Science has really saved so many lives.

It would be great one day a week to have a show or two that are "As NEver Seen on TV" items. That would be fun. Intro some brands that are new to viewers unless they, like me, browse the site.
Thanks for the good news about you DH!!

I'm assuming the vendor's pay QVC a fee to have their merchandise presented and showcased.   That  might explain the limitations and why certain brands are presented over and over.

A few years ago, I came across some pre-made gift baskets that I liked, for things like birthdays.

@10000thnickname  I rarely watch because they have the same vendors over and over. I think customers start to tune away and don't come back. So your suggestions are quite valid.

I do wish you well going forward. Take care.

If THEY don't show it...I probably don't need it...
