Did anyone else have trouble ordering on free ship day? I always seem to have a problem pulling up my wish list and when I go to order an item it says call customer service. It always seems to happen to me on free ship day so I don't end up ordering. It is very frustrating that this always happens!

I’m having trouble but different. I have items in my cart, but when I click on “place order” nothing happens. Last night it was just slow but I managed to purchase a KG blouse.

Yes I had trouble as well on several items I wanted to order!  I ended up giving up because it was late at night and I didn't want to hassle with calling customer service,  very disappointed.

It was mentioned in the late evening show that the online system was not working properly.

I didn't have trouble on Free Ship day but did have problem ordering/checking on on Monday.  Couldn't add to cart or check out on line or the APP.  Then about 5 minutes later noticed I had 3 of the same items ordered.  I called CS and she was able to fix it and I received an email that my account was reactiviated.  I told her that I frequent the forms and there seems to be problems and she said she would notify IT.

Yes, I couldn't get into my wish list either and ITA that it is very frustrating! What I don't understand is that this has happened more than once on free shipping days - why can't their IT department fix this known problem? Grrr! Woman Frustrated

I had trouble placing an order this morning, wouldn't accept any credit cards. Ended up by placing order with CS Rep.

Probably the system is overburdened by free shipping today.

This is the very worst website to do business with hands down.

 

I tried a few times to order online instead of automated ordering. Transaction wouldn't go thru and I was stuck with stuff in cart. Had to come in here and beg for help as to how to 'uncart' stuff.

 

Went back to that long drawed out automated on phone option. Asking U the same thing twice and telling you about something else you have no interest in.

 

Never had such a hassle to give away my money.

Easier on HSN.

@Stray  Same thing happened to be.  I thought it was my computer.  I finally completed my purchase today, and now I realize I missed out on free shipping.

 

Looks like QVC really does not want extra purchases on free shipping days if we can't complete them.  Now I am annoyed I forgot about the free shipping yesterday.
