First time in 32 years shopping with QVC this has happened. Ordered the jai bracelet, and received today...only I only received the packing slip and envelope...NO BRACELET! Of course QVC is sending out another one.....but geez! 😜

Happened to me years ago with a lavender jade bracelet. They were very good about sending me another one.

It happened to me many years ago with a pendant. It wasn't expensive, and the envelope hadn't been sealed so I'm sure it fell out right after it left the warehouse.
They replaced it without any issues. I offered to take a picture of the envelope showing that it was never sealed, but didn't have to. If it had been an expensive piece, maybe they would have asked for proof.
That was good customer service.
On the other hand, here's bad customer service that I had with Pier 1.
I ordered a lantern from Pier 1 and it arrived with broken glass and they wanted me to haul it down to the store to get credited with all the broken glass. I refused and sent them a picture with all the shards of glass and the glass broken hanging partially in the lantern and the rest in the box and they finally agreed to credit me and I had to argue about getting the shipping credited too. What a hassle. I've also done an online order and went to the store to pick up and the item was a display and damaged. I told them that I didn't want it damaged, and to cancel the order. They didn't credit my account for weeks until I had to argue with them about not picking up the item. I really like to shop from them, but their CS is so bad that I avoid going to their store.

@GAC65 I applaud you for being so understanding. I however am very annoyed about what happened to me. Ordered 2 Ecclissi watches and 3 Alor cuffs, instead I received 5 Lola Rose bracelets. I know that mistakes happen, but it still makes me crazy. So often items sell out and when this happens I miss out. But to keep my sanity I tell my self it just wasn't meant to be. Oh the games we have to play.

I ordered a Linea blouse very recently, and I received the package with my invoice. The problem was no blouse. They have sent me another one out.
