I think the words she spoke were very clear with no translation necessary.  I hope people will take this into consideration when shopping.  We can vote with our credit cards as to whether someone is is an acceptable vendor.

What did she say this time?

Not sure but I am assuming this is in reference to her original rant on social media from last month or so.

Not purchasing is the only thing ANY retailer understands. Just remember everyone doesn't agree with what is considered negative to others.

@MomCat,  I agree.    The true "bottom line" is money -- sales.   Company reputation plays a role, but in most cases (sorry to be cynical) only to the extent that it affects their finances.    I do think, as others have said, phone calls, snail-mail letters, email messages, and social media comments make a difference, too.

If you were writing an E mail and got kicked off, it is your own system that did it. Not QVC.

QVC doesn't monitor your own personal E mail account.

It depends on how @Kachina624 was trying to send the email message.   If she was on the QVC site using the "contact us" system to send a message, it might be this website's fault.   However, I really don't believe it had a thing to do with the name "Lisa."    It likely would be related to the technical mess we've seen here the past few days.

Yes, I used QVCs contact us and even though I chose the option saying I didn't need a response back to me, I got one saying they were forwarding my comments.

That's just an automatic response that's in a computer program.

You could write an e-mail saying that Mickey Mouse is a hippie, and you'd get the same response back.

@dooBdoo  Yes, I was using the QVC contact us format.  May not have had anything to do with "Lisa" but was a funny coincidence.

I hope people who were offended by the words this woman used, will make their opinions known to QVC.  Just takes a minute to dash off an email.

I don't begrudge anyone or any company making money, but some things are more important than the almighty dollar...beware the love of money.

I don't think anyone should be destroyed because of a one-time breach of correctness or bad language. Lisa Rinna has done this. I do believe she knows she's made a grievous, unacceptable mistake. She's apologized for it. I think the apology should be accepted and move on. If it should continue with Lisa, then it would be an individual decision whether one wishes to finance her endeavors.

There have to be many clothing vendors anxious to have a chance on QVC.  And many who would not blatantly offend any woman, regardless of their size.  Since when is this acceptable?  Some folks complain about quirks of a few hosts, but never on their worst day would they ever begin to come close to this ludicrous rant.  QVC has so many professional and likable vendors.  Why put up with this?  I don't see anything special about this vendor's line of clothing.
