Hi! @Biftu 🤗

Did this flashlight happen to be the one called EVO Light LED flashlight ?

If so I bought one for my husband recently and it does not require batteries. However there is a cord in the box that you need to charge it with fully before it will work.

@RescueLover  Yes, that's the one I bought.  I fully charged it but it is missing the rubber charging port cover.  In order for it to turn on I need to insert a small object into the hole in order for it to come on.  I guess I could do that each time I use it but it is not ideal for something I just purchased.

@Biftu I hope they send you another one. I just bought one and it's great.

I have sent several things back in another package as long as I have all the documents.  Never a problem from clothes to the pedal straps on an indoor bicycle.

Hi! @Biftu 🌸

Sorry Just reading your post now !

I’m sure QVC will take the flashlight back without the box it came in, but the flashlight is Sold Out so they can’t send you one.

I would call the manufacturer and see if they can send you either a cover where you turn it on or give you a new one.

My husband Absolutely Loves it ! No batteries needed is a Huge plus !!

I threw out our box and paperwork, so I can’t look for a 1-800 number for you. 😔

Did any one here buy one and have their paperwork still so that they could tell you a customer service number??

Wish I could be more help to You !!!

@RescueLover  Just looked at the manual and there is an email address.  I'll contact them and see how they respond.  Thanks, never thought of looking at the paperwork.

@Biftu - If you don't hear back from the manufacturer, contact the Social Team.

If the cover is missing, then the product is defective, so it shouldn't matter whether you have the original box or not.

@RescueLover  Just a follow up on my flashlight.  I sent three emails to the warranty address listed in the manual with no response.  What good is a warranty if you cannot contact them.  Contacted the Social Team and they issued a $5 credit.  I could return it but it is still useable but not ideal.
