[Biftu]

I purchased a flashlight and took it out of the box.  Fully charged it and went to turn it on and it doesn't turn on.  I need to return it but the box was thrown out.  I have everything it came with but not the box.  Can I still return it?  If so, how?

Call CS @Biftu . They usually want the box it was packaged in but it doesn't hurt to call and ask. They could give you the correct answer.

@Biftu.  Find a box that fits.  Do you have a return label?  Use it if you have it, otherwise make your own label or call to have one emailed.  Address to which it must be sent are on the website under customer service.

I think the OP may have meant she threw out the box the flashlight came in not the shipping box.

@Biftu I don't know what type of flashlight you bought, but you may want to check and be certain the bulb didn't come loose in transit. It may just need an adjustment.

Did this flashlight happen to be the one called EVO Light LED flashlight ?


If so I bought one for my husband recently and it does not require batteries. However there is a cord in the box that you need to charge it with fully before it will work.

You can take it to UPS and they will package it for you and mail. Just give them your return label and receipt.

I have returned things without the outer box. I've never had a problem if the product is re-packaged as it came, but in another box.
