I ordered 3 items, from 3 different vendors, on the same day last week and received them yesterday.  All 3 in one box!  There are been multiple times when I have ordered on the same day and each order came in a separate shipment. In the past, I've even ordered multiple Isaac and D&C items and they were packaged separately.    I often wondered why the orders couldn't be combined.  I heartily endorse any company who attempts to and does cut down on packaging.

QVC orders come from many sources.  Some are shipped by vendors and others shipped from the Q's multiple warehouses.  Not all of the warehouses are stocked with the same merchandise so often "bundling" orders is not possible.  I often get 3 or 4 clothing items in the same package.

I've never had multiple QVC orders in one box.  Makes sense because items come from different wharehouses and often items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
