I believe the point was to let others who shop at Amazon know about a positive experience.  I saw NO intention to put down the Q.  No negative verbiage about the Q.  


She stated she posted to make a point about Q's terribly slow return refund process and charging return fees.

 

I have my own experiences with Amazon and QVC and base my opinion on my experiences.

 

I don't expect free stuff. She got 2 months use of a product without paying for it.

 

If people are not happy with QVC it's a simple solution , don't order.

The constant put-down of QVC on their own forum is just bad manners.

 

 


And they continue and continue shopping here.  


 

 

OR at a minimum, Post here to just bash anything and everybody associated with Q.

 

 


 

So far, we can all post our comments and opinions, even if you or others disagree with them. How people respond tells us so much about them. 

 

People are free to support Q all the way to their last breath if they want. Others are also correct if they don't feel the same way.

Opinions vary. You and others who are Q lovers can't seem.to allow different opinions.

Yes I think Qs make up and beauty pitches are BS. The claims they make are preposterous. That's my opinion. Disagree? Go right ahead.

Totally agree with you about Amazon returns.  Easy as can be.  I also had a return they said no need to return it. Gave me the refund, did not have to go to the UPS store. All done on line.  

And Yes.  The Q could learn a few things from other companies, (not just Amazon) about CS and their return policies.  

And it is perfectly fine to make a post about good returns. Whether from another company or qvc. 

The mods determine what is appropriate to posts, Not the forum police members here.

I don't hate Q. I'm not interested in their current products and ways of doing business. They aren't perfect, far from it.  I'm sorry it gets your panties in a twist.
