I bought a hair styling tool about 2 months ago. Worked fine then went totally dead. Amazon said no need to return. Refunded price, S&H and tax.

You were lucky. Their standard return policy is 30 days.

Amazon has fantastic customer service.

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

I believe the point was to let others who shop at Amazon know about a positive experience.  I saw NO intention to put down the Q.  No negative verbiage about the Q.

I have my own experiences with Amazon and QVC and base my opinion on my experiences.

 

I don't expect free stuff. She got 2 months use of a product without paying for it.

 

If people are not happy with QVC it's a simple solution , don't order.

The constant put-down of QVC on their own forum is just bad manners.
