I've shopped with QVC for years and have never had a package disappear in shipment. There is always a first for everything, and that's exactly what happened to me recently. My order for Josie Maran Body Scrub vanished, tracking said it was being moved to my post office then it said delivery plans had changed. ??? Whatever that meant.

 

I entered into the on-line chat with QVC via my phone and within minutes the problem was resolved. I was completely impressed with the level of service I received! I cannot thank QVC enough. 

 

The only bad thing is now I have to find another gift for whom the product was intended!  I can deal with that!

Maybe if they would improve their shipping instead of worrying about the hosts screaming and squishing food and wearing reindeer ears, things would improve.

I also had a shipment disappear recently (it was also a Josie product) and after e-mailing the mods here, they immediately sent out a replacement which I received soon after. I have been very happy with the Q making things right.

@Jinlei.  Its very obvious they don't worry about their hosts screaming, squishing food, or wearing reindeer ears.  Have you seen an indication somebody at the Q worries about these things?

Had a lost package too, but it was USPS' fault.  Yes, it was nice of QVC to replace it.

Ha!  You are right!  But, I would be worried if customers were not receiving their orders.

I can't say enough good things about the Mods here that have helped me with orders lost or being sent late etc.  I feel alot of this is due to the PO.  I have a goofy guy that deliveres here and I have reported him several times.  I pray they get rid of him.  He keeps putting someone elses mail in my box and also packages.  I am tired of having to deliver his mail and I won't anymore.  I told them if he puts anymore packages in my locker that are not mine they will stay there unlocked.  It is really getting old.
