Purchased TSV set of 2 Spanx bras on 4/27/2020 with note that EDD of 5/5/2020. Today, 5/6/2020, have not received and no updates from QVC. Called and was told order still in process. Really??? A TSV still in process after 1 week after it was presented?? And when I questioned the customer service Rep about the shipping and handling, I was told it would be waived. I am just disappointed that a tsv is still 1 week out and hasn’t been shipped out and S and H is being charged unless challenged. Has anybody else experienced this??

Hey, they waived the S&H so your ahead of the game.  With all that's going on, why are people acting like it's life as usual.  I'm still waiting for refunds on things I returned and it wasn't from QVC, so it's a bad situation for all.  All in all, I think they are all doing the best job they can.
