This TSV was heavily promoted as a great gift for Mother's Day. I purchased this TSV and intended to give it to my Mom for Mother's Day. So far nothing has happened. It's been 2 weeks and my account still shows in process. So now I need to give her a card and a promise it's coming. Or get something else.

 

I went through this with you when I ordered for her birthday and it took a month. I had to return it and you still charged me a return fee despite my request not to charge me. (This was last year) . Shipping delays have been getting longer and longer even before covid19.

Hi @Kaja5061 I am so sorry that happened. As a result of the COVID-19 situation we are experiencing delays. I will email the warehouse to see if they can give an update.

I am happy you have gotten a good response from Customer Service.  I am a long time customer and I can no longer count on QVC shipping on time.  And this started a couple of years ago.  

QVC distribution changed and the results are the "In Process".

 

I worked in Distribution and the rule was, Don't make a comittment you can't keep.  If I absolutely have to get something on time, I no longer use QVC.

Given the crisis condition we are in these days, It appears that many times retailers cannot deliver as promptly as they once did.  Not just QVC.
