The host is telling the truth, that the price will be going up. Sure, it can be triggering for some to hurry up and make that purchase. That's an example of a talented sales person, who, by the way, is just doing their job. Providing honesty and a little push at the same time. I see no trickery.

And here we go again.   Why bother posting?  Just stop shopping here and visiting here.  They make revenue on every click and every comment one way or another.

If all of you that no longer shop here for your myriad of reasons would stop posting, maybe they'd take notice.  Good or bad attention still makes them money.  

And yes, you're entitled to your opinion, it's just so futile.

@Bonkers1 To your point, on the DB and Friends show Amy touted how the raffia-look bag from IKWHIP was never lower than $68. It was $67.98🤨 That move was just a sad push by the producer to force "what a steal"! when we could see right on the screen the (original sale) vs the current "sale" price. To note, they should have pushed the fact the original FULL price was $82 saving around $14.

However, Aimee K was on and her leather bag that was $50 off. Now that is a real bargain!

I don't think it is Tricks.  Sales professionals are taught a certain language to use, and if it's their job, then that is what they do. Since I seldom sit and watch an entire program, the language that is used doesn't bother me.  Hopefully, new people tune in all the time, so that it may be new to them.  It is interesting to me how different things appeal to different people.  When I am at the mall, I use Macy's as my entry point.  Haven't shopped there in years.

@dmeasy  -  Macy's only has free shipping if you spend a certain amount of $$.  Sometimes they have free shipping promos regardless of the amount.

As @They CallMe MRWILKES pointed out, Macy's has one-day sales also.
