I have to say that I am impressed at how fast shipping and delivery has been on the last few orders. Thanks QVC, hope it stays that way. I also have to give CS a big kadoo. I see alot of complaints on here about customer service, but I have to say that I have had excellent customer service, and find the moderators here very helpful!
Sometimes it is nice to hear what you do good, as to hearing nothing but complaints.

I agree with you, I used to work in customer service and some people thought they could say anything they wanted just because it was over the phone and not in person. People respond to a thank you for your service. You could make someone's day and that is a good thing.

Wish I could say the same!!! Mine are hit and miss. I ordered a DB jacket that took longer than usual. At the same time, I ordered a DB scarf that has yet to arrive. Order placed 8/12. ED was 8/17. Allegedly left Swedesboro, NJ for MD on 8/16. Has yet to arrive. I'll call C/S tomorrow if it stil hasn't arrived. I'm sure it's gone astray at this point.

I have noticed that the date (Calender) of the order makes a big difference in my shipping.
I don't know how to explain this correctly
If I order near the end of my billing time for that month,they will rush my orders out so that I get billed for it on that upcomming monthly bill. If I pass the billing end of that month and the billing gets charged on their next months bill ,It will take days before it ships.
Maybe it is just a coincidence or my imagination, but my thinking has been working for for years............lol

Yes,I do ,he is 5 yrs old and his name is Cozi. Malties are very different from any other dog I have ever had and I have had many in my 79 yrs. They are very human like and very smart.

@MalteseMomma Yes they are a lot of work but so cute! I had one several years ago. When she passed, I tried to buy another one, but I got ripped off. This dog is half poodle and half Maltese. Her hair is so hard to keep brushed. I miss being able to comb the long hair and put it is a pony tail. Too cute! My full blooded Maltese had seizures. She only lived to be 10. Had to put her down on my BIrthday! It was awful. I said no more dogs for awhile and bought the one I have the next day. lol

I have found it to be a NIGHTMARE as of late concerning one order I have had about a hundred different stories told each day by several CS personnel. They seemed to have NO clue about what was going on with the order. It was apparently not even available when I placed the order but I was not told that in fact I called back and asked for a faster shipping option and they gave me a delivery date again no mention that the item wasn't even in stock. When it didn't arrive on the date she gave me The nightmare began. I have been told a different tale EVERYDAY one says "oh yes you will definatly receive it ___date' then next day it's "oh no it's backordered" then the next day "Oh, yes it's definately shipped" and on and on it goes. Customer service says one thing, automated CS line says another thing and the computer says ANOTHER thing. They need to get their systems and their shipping methods UPGRADED. Orders sit "IN THE PROCESS" way to long. Didn't used to be that way.
