Subscription Manager issues and order issues....

Interesting that I wanted to push a couple of subscriptions out further and I was not able to do it... so they are making even that difficult. No problem... I just cancelled them... their  loss.

Also I have a  order I placed on September  18... it has not even shipped yet. I really do not see how QVC stays in business....

@SeaMaiden   most likely because millions of packages ship and are delivered as promised

if I didn't read the Forums, I wouldn't know there are problems.

@millieshops  I think these millions just do not post on the forums and their packages are not delivered in a timely manner either....

@SeaMaiden  I do read and post.  I am not ordering much recently because of the extensive remodeling going on here this summer, but for the last 30 months at least, what I have ordered has arrived as promised, both new orders and my products on AD.

Re: Subscription Manager issues and order issues....

Are you talking about Auto Deliveries here at QVC? I've never had a problem adjusting dates. Past week and half I changed two food items to skip that shipment when I realized I wasn't going to have enough freezer space. Love that I can do that.

I've not had any complaints about deliveries. Some have come a day sooner than expected. I knew when ordering which would run late, and any additional delays I've been informed about.

To me, QVC sells things I might want, not things I need.

@SeaMaiden   How does any retail store stay in business?  They're all in the same boat (literally) with slow receipt of goods.  It's not a QVC problem, it's industry-wide.

As for your subscriptions, perhaps your mags are waiting to see what postage rate are going to do.  They could even anticipate going out of business.

@SeaMaiden - If you are talking about A/D items, I changed a couple of mine last week and had no issues with extending the dates.

Also, as far as shipping goes, all of my packages have arrived on time if not earlier than anticipated.

@riley1      Your experience may not be the same as many others... I am happy you are experiencing no problems.

I gave up on auto deliveries years ago.  My fault, not theirs.  We usually travel in the winter and stuff can't sit at the PO more than 30 days.  And UPS can't make it to the house with heavy snow.  Its better just not to worry.

Re: Subscription Manager issues and order issues....

Ive never had a problem, delaying or canceling an AD shipment....As for current shipment delays, all retailers are feeling the pinch brought on by the pandemic!!  And I even got a recorded message from QVC telling me that a delivery would be delayed...
