As of this day (July 26) my package is in Orlando which is about an hour away from me, yet the estimated delivery date is August 2.  I wonder where it's going next that it's going to take another week to get to me.  Strange......!

I am in Missouri and lately my packages have been delivered timely but now I have a package that left Fontana Cal 3 days ago with no update as to where it is now. It appeared things were getting better, hopefully this is just a minor setback

Just so ironic that our packages have been "allover the place" toured the United States and we're sitting at home.

I sent cookies from Cheryls in Ohio to my friends which are about 2 hours away, it took 8 days, yes 8 days to be delivered.  They went from Ohio to Memphis, to somewhere in Mississippi and then to Indiana.  Just crazy.  I paid for the shipping but they told me if I wanted them any sooner than the 7-10 days for shipping, yes, that's what they told me I should of paid extra.  I already paid the $10 and now they want more?

@Goodie2shoes   My packages are rarely, if ever, updated on week-ends.  This has nothing to do with QVC but is done by the shipper.

@lrbrb    The operative word is "estimated" which is just an educated guess.  My packages often arrive well before the estimated date.  Not strange at all.

@Mistreatedbycs    All QVC food products, including Cheryl's Cookies, ship for free unless you paid $10 extra for unusually slow shipping.  If that's the case, I'd ask for a refund.

So sorry I wasn't clear, I didn't order them from the Q, I ordered them directly from Cheryl's because I had no idea when the Q would pass the order to Cheryls and that's more time spent on paperwork.

My skirt came to my post office, then left for somewhere else and then came back.  Well, at least our ordered items get to go somewhere.
