The post is up....sorry for the delay....had to get some errands and chores done before our "big freeze" go to the grocery store (roads could get icy next couple of days)...and what we call it the 3 p's---pipes (wrap up the outside ones so they dont freeze), pets (my kitties are indoor, but there are some feral kitties that needed to be fed), and plants (put all my container plants up in storage).....Those that live up north will laugh because its in the 30's and lows will be in the 20's.....but that's how we roll in Texas...

@Spurt  Having been in San Antonio at exactly this time many moons ago,  I can attest it's as cold as anywhere,  especially standing outside in pre-dawn darkness.

Well that wind swoops down from the artic ....some say there is something different about the cold air too....its higher in actual temperature but gets to your bone and feels colder....even someone from Canada said that.....I do like the cold weather, it doesnt last that long, its a nice change, but I don't like it if it's cold and we have an ice storm that  ices the roads.....

Hope your are experiencing good weather in New Mexico......

@Spurt  We had 1 1/2" of snow last night and 10° this morning.   That got me out of bed fast to shut the window which I always open at least a bit.
