Has QVC ever sent you someone else order? Just happen to me for the second time this month on two different orders. How did Customer Service resolve the mix up for you?

I really do not feel comfortable with someone else getting my order with my invoice with all my account information. After sending back the first mixed up order, QVC still messed up my refund even with two calls to Customer Service.

About ten years ago I ordered pretty often from QVC.  It was close to Christmas one year and I ordered a new fake Christmas tree and couldn't wait for it to arrive.  Well not only did one tree arrive, two trees arrived, and in all they delivered three trees to my house.

Well the UPS was so used to dropping off things at our place, he didn't think a thing of delivering three boxes.

Luckily the other two trees that didn't belong to me were addressed to people living pretty close by me.  I don't remember how on earth I got their phone numbers, but I called them up and both people were so pleased that I had contacted them to get their trees.   I can't imagine this ever happening, but it did happen.  And luckily for those other tree buyers, I am an honest person and made sure they had their new Christmas trees for Christmas!!!!!

Unbelievable but true... Merry Christmas in July

Happened to me once.
Those other tree buyers were indeed lucky their trees wound up on your door step ! That was very kind of you to make sure they got to the rightful owners.

I received someone else's order today. Somebody else received mine. Customer service was apologetic and helpful.

Thank you everyone! I got someone in Californias order a beautiful hot pink sweater from QF. Might just mail it to the customer in California because the sweater is sold out on the Q. I will have time tomorrow to call Customer Service.

Happened to me three times, customer service has always corrected the problem.   I figure it is a huge place -- and I have had Zappos, Amazon and 6 PM do the samething -- sending someone elses order.  Agree having name and address on the invoice is troubleing, but they don't put your entire account number.  Only the last few digits.
