Two really uncomfortable phone calls on this morning's Denim & Co. show

Both Gary and Leah looked dumbfounded.

They both handled the calls with Grace but really the expressions on their faces were priceless.

The screeners have to do better.

 @Linda0215   It was very cringey and embarrassing for both Gary and Leah.  What a rude caller!  Then she tried to sound like a nice person by complimenting them at the end of the call, sounding proud of herself.  She knew exactly what she was doing.

Is she okay?  I haven't seen her for a long time!  Poor Gary. It took him by surprise, but he  handled it well. He just said, oh yes, she's fine, etc.  He didn't say that she was no longer with QVC.  I think both he and Leah were like, WHAT??!!!  LOL!

I wish they'd do away with the testimonial calls. They are ALWAYS CRINGEWORTHY.  I can't stand them. I'm always low key embarrassed. Every. Single. Time.   I don't know how the hosts can stand them either.

I'm surprised that they were surprised. 

If they're going to take live calls during Denim and Co. shows management should have realized that this topic inevitably would pop up.   

I certainly would not label the caller an "idiot."  Prepared responses should be made.
