On August 5th I ordered the Kim Gravel jacket. It has shipped, but when I clicked on the tracking is said it was delivered on June 25! So obviously that's not working right.

The order was placed a week ago. If it has shipped then you may be receiving it in a day or two. I certainly wouldn't be concerned unless it becomes two weeks.
Sounds like an incorrect tracking number was given.

The same thing happened to me.
It said the item arrived on Friday, June 23rd. However, when I looked at the detailed tracking info underneath, it showed that it had arrived at my local post office. I received my package yesterday afternoon.
It was a glitch in the system, but I have a feeling your package will arrive too.

@Grade1Teach I think you are right, a glitch in the system. I looked at the detailed tracking and it is at my local post office. I should receive my package soon. Thanks for that.

Tracking info certainly can be challenging these days. I recently had a shipment from hsn. I received notice that the package was at my mailbox (this was a Saturday). I knew that could not be the case, since it was likely a large box...too large for a cluster mailbox.
From there, I received about 25-30 tracking notices over the next several days. Some of them showed that the item was delivered (never to a city even near where I live). And several of the scans show the shipment going back to the vendor. This went on for several days. The postman took down the information that I supplied to him, but could not explain the issue. Anyway, the package did eventually arrive (in perfect condition). though the tracking scans continued for a couple of days more! They have finally stopped! I'm no longer getting all those e-mails from USPS!
