So here we are, finally after 6 days, my bracelet is shipping! I got an email earlier from the VP of customer service that my package may not arrive by its EDD. Gee. That's not a surprise since the EDD is Monday and today is Friday. It would have been nice if my package received free expedited shipping to compensate for both this one and the one I cancelled being so delayed. Two clothing items ordered after this bracelet shipped before this one. So disappointed. Hello. It's all about retaining good, returning customers and keeping us happy. I'm also not happy that I had to retype this reply because when I went to post it, it disappeared.

QVC is slow. I checked previous shipments I had from Evine, HSN and Q. From order date to arrival date, these are the shipping times. I live in Alaska, so I know that sometimes shipping will be slower. All packages were sent via US Post Office, so no expedited shipping was used. Evine: total of five days. HSN: total of five days. Q: total of ten days and three of those days were for processing.
Also, the other companies had a direct link to the tracking number the US Post Office used. QVC only has the tracking that they provide. Not sure why Q doesn't link to the tracking # the post office uses, but 95% of companies I use for shipping has the direct link to the tracking #.

Since this was originally posted Q's shipping has gotten borderline ridiculous.
I ordered something from C Wonder. It was "In Process", three days later I checked and it was in "advance order". I did eventually get it 13 days after the order was placed.
I put in another C Wonder order and The EDD was today, 11/17.
Checked my order status (up until this morning it was the "unfortunately there is no status to report blah blah blah"
But....to day there is a whole string of tracking ending with the order being delivered at the mailbox somewhere in Virginia.
Now being that I live in Wisconsin, I ask you Q---What the heck are you doing?

@MAIZEY...something must be up. I've read numerous posts from customers stating the same thing. Weird...
