Sizing is the worst

I ordered 4 pair of D & C Capri pants and they all fit perfect, so I came back for a navy pair. I got them yesterday and they are a size to small. Same item number, same brand, different size. Why is it so difficult for them to get this right? They brag that once you know your QVC size it works with all their fashions but it doesn't even work within the same brand. I am tired of paying for returns that are caused by Q. I'm also tired of getting used items, broken items, and poor quality items with crooked seams and Pickering seams. I have placed my last QVC order, after 20 years I quit.
