I placed an order from QVC on April 19th. Was very surprised when it said shipped on April 20th. I received the item on April 25th. When I opened it the item was not what I ordered. I called them and the customer service rep was very nice and said they would send out the correct item right away and just to return the incorrect item. I never received a new tracking number so I called today. Now they are telling me I have to wait for the return item to get processed 7-10 business days then they will ship the correct item. So it would end up being a 3-4 week process. Why would they punish the customer for their mistake? I know they can make changes and ship them item to me as the original rep said but they refuse. I cancelled my order and will never again shop at QVC. I have been shopping with HSN for years and if they make a mistake they handle it properly.
