When I hit the Q. button on my favorites list it goes straight to the sign in page.  Email and my password are already loaded and ready with me only just clicking on the sign in button, nothing else needs to be done.  Been that way for years.

 

I did have trouble over a decade or more when it wanted me to create a new account but I did not just waited a week and came back when all was well again.

Well I finally broke down and changed my password. It's so annoying because it wasn't really necessary.  I had problems with ordering from HSN, too.

I might be about done with both of them.  I just got my pair of denim &co. TSV pants.  Too long and bad pocket placement. Tired of dumb shows and dumb "guests" and 50 and Fab nonsense.
