Bethlehem Lights 3.5 foot tree with micro LED lights

I just received this and put it together. Very happy with the size and the look. I've been thinking about a table top tree. Anyway the only problem was the lights would not sync on the top and bottom half of the tree. The top would be white - the bottom multi colored or vice versa. I called Bethlehem Lights CS and they said to unplug the middle plug that connects the two parts and re-plug it in - that it would reboot. It worked!

Just thought I'd post this here if anyone else has this issue with this tree or other BL trees.

Thanks for the info. We got our 8.5' Bethlehem Lights tree yesterday. I won't put it up until Novemeber. I have been using the same artificial tree for over 20 years, and it was a hand me down! I sure hope I love this new one, and more importantly, that the lights stay lit. It was very expensive!

@FranandZoe - Do you have the item number for this tree? I never saw it presented and can't find it online. I'd be interested to see, if it shows up again.

I ordered the 5' TSV in green, but it's gone onto backorder.

I really wanted that sweet 3.5ft tree but hesitated & it sold out. Enjoy yours & Thanks for sharing the easy lighting fix @FranandZoe

@Puppy Lips - You're welcome - hope you like yours. If they'd have had a 7.5' I probaby would. have bought that one too.
