Will they ever fix this?  Can go along for weeks on my computer and everything is fine then BOOM, have to switch to Firefox to be able to sign in.

@rms1954The sign-in issue was fixed months ago.  I have multiple browsers & the sign-in works in all of them since the issue was resolved by the Q IT team. 

 

If you are having the issue on 1 browser & not others than the problem is your browser.

Make sure you are using the latest version.

Clear/delete the cache and/or history.

**QUIT** your browser, then restart your browser.

Restart your device or computer.
