[MW in Iowa]

Anyone having problems watching on devices ? It won't play live or videos on both my expensive Macbook Pro or my Samsung  , this has been 3 days now .

Have you tried a different browser? 

What troubleshooting methods have you done so far to rectify your issues?  Need this info to avoid the "been there, done that" scenario.

Me! I haven't been able to watch either. I have tried iPad, Mac, and iPhone.

I've not had any problems using an iPad and DuckDuckGo browser.

I haven't tried anything yet , never had a problem with any others. a little strange. Especially it won't play old product video's either , thanks , i will look further in to this.

I reached out to their FB page, and I am friends with Jorge Perez on FB, so I sent him a note as well.

I have tried different browsers, cleared my cookies and different devices to no avail.

It now plays , via youtube , still kind of strange , probably a cost cutting move by company ?
