Things I have ordered seem to process and leave QVC in a timely manner but, man, after that things are placed on the backs of snails to be delivered to me.

My order which took over a week to ship out has been sitting in the Post Office one mile from my house for 4 days now and still not "out for delivery" so probably not for another 2 days. What has happened to Q shipping and our Postal service? I am begining to not expect any packages from Q for 3-4 weeks.

I have one order that I placed on 10/28 and it is somewhere in space. The last note was that it was delayed and they are adjusting on 11/4. Still no resolution. I called the Q for a replacement and it is still in process. I have another order that I placed on 11/6 and is still in process.  It is very sad that their shipping stays in process for over a week or more. No wonder people are finding other places to shop. The hoildays are near and this spells disaster for the customer.

Don't know if anyone has noticed, but shipping costs are no longer $3.50 for many clothing items. I bought an Issac Mizrahi shirt the other day and the shipping cost was $5.50 - which I didn't notice until I sent the shirt back for a larger size (it ran really small). A LOGO jean jacket ordered on Monday was $7.59. If this is going to be the new rule, I'm shopping elsewhere. I love some of the lines here, but they're getting more and more expensive, more cheaply made and the shipping costs are outrageous - plus the time it takes to receive the item and to get a refund if you return it.

There is a way around the issue of the returns, however. You can send multiple items back in one box for just the $6.95 return price (use just one label) and get your refund that same day. Once you see the postal service has a tracking number for your package in its system (usually within an hour or two after it's picked up or dropped off at the post office), call CS, give them the order numbers of the items in the box with that tracking number, and your refund shows up the same day or the next day. It's a pain to do if you've sent back 10 items in one box, but you don't have to wait up to 60 days to get a refund back to your credit card.

The White House is in charge of QVC shipping?

I have been a QVC shopper since 1989 and have purchased products across every category; spending - well, I hate to even think about how much. I have NEVER seen shipping as bad as it is this year. I've been trying to get an update on a coat I ordered 28 days ago and still have no idea when to expect to receive it. By the time it arrives, there won't be a lot of retail alternatives if it doesn't fit, etc. Customer service just says - keep checking back. QVC has been doing fulfillment for a very long time. What is it that they can't get right that other companies such as Amazon can. I don't want to hear it's the vendor they're using. QVC enters the partnership and they should have assurances with that vendor regarding delivery. What is further enraging is that the coat I bought 28 days ago on TSV (I would think they would have to have the quantities for a TSV) is still being actively sold on various programs and on the website. This is maddening!

I ordered an item(11/26) that came to my town(11/30) and then they sent it back the next day 30 miles away to another town and two days later they said that shipping was delayed (12/2) and now on 6 December, they have not changed a word.
Yes, indeed, their shipping is a giant mess!!!
