Too funny...but seriously something has to be done. I just noticed my tracking info showed my package shipped on 3/15 and my estimated delivery is 3/13. They must be time travellers. I realize there are still some delivery issues out there, but at least correct your information.

A LOGO item I ordered on 3/12 arrived today.
Another LOGO item I ordered on 3/7 is still shown as "preparing your order" but when I click on the order itself, says "In Process: Arrives by 03/15/2021*" with asterisk indicating in itsy-bitsy letters:
*Delivery dates are estimated, please check your tracking number for accurate information.

My order noted below shipped today. A bit humorous notation on the order page re dates. Someone should tell them their time machine isn't working!

I ordered 3 items on 3/6. As of Monday only one had shipped and it still hadn't been delivered. All items showed an estimated delivery of 3/13. I called customer service on Tuesday and asked what the heck was going on, she really couldn't say so I told her listen I paid almost $15 in shipping for these 3 items and for what?? So she gave me a QVC credit for the shipping. The items finally shipped on the 15th and got here yesterday. Absolutely ridiculous. I have no idea what is going on at the QVC shipping locations but I greatly suggest calling and fussing.

good for you @barbeegirl The fact that they can't update information in their system bothers me as much as the shipping delays.
Like many others, I have shipping dates and arrival dates that are completely out of sync.
I've ordered packages from other companies (not just Amazon) and gee, I seem to get accurate shipping and tracking information from them. I realize that there have been weather problems and covid etc. but QVC seems to have more problems than others.
