Curiouser and curiouser...
Aaand the non-clothing item I ordered on Sunday night shipped today and will arrive on Friday. The top is apparently still being "prepared." I'm glad it seems like it's still just that one order that is stuck while my other items are processed quickly (as usual).

When that happens it will NEVER fix itself!!!

I don't think it is the actual shipping, although they must have an agreement to ship the slowest way possible. I think they don't send the items out. Seems like so many items come from venders, who ship to us. I think QVV gets the order, and wastes three days before doing anything. Then they notify vender of sale, then the vendor takes time to invoice, package and ship. I might be wrong. But their shipping is getting way out of hand. They probably lane doff half the crews, and no one to work

Several years ago, they pulled that line on me in March. I really don't care if they're busy from the holidays in March. No other retailer is so why Q.
I quit considering Q first when I'm looking for something. I don't need unreasonable hassles or delays.

My items have still not shipped - ordered on February 22nd. Customer Service is no help. I am ready to escalate this to higher ups. Does anyone know the number for the President's office or do you all have any other suggestions?

I found out the hard way that if you use their return label (I know-so convenient) it takes even longer to get there than it takes when they send something. And THAT is a long time.
