I ordered two of the same shirts on February 22nd and they have yet to ship! I chatted with customer service today and they are unwilling to cancel or credit me for anything. I am so frustrated! They blamed the abundance of holiday returns to the warehouse which concluded January 31st! Almost a whole month ago and they have yet to catch up. It's a good thing I didn't need them for anything. Just so frustrating. Sorry for venting.

I usually get my packages in a timely manner, usually before the expected delivery date. It shouldn't matter when they ship the item, as long as you get your order my the delivery date.

@hgsuddle. I got a sweater today that was on the road 10 days. Clothing is usually shipped pretty fast but if not, you're not charged until the item actually is put on a truck.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants on Feb 16. One pair arrived last week. The other pair just shipped Friday over 10 days after ordering. They say arrival date is the 8. And they were at warehouse 350 miles away, in my state in California I placed 2 other orders same day with 2 different companies, one in Ca other in Minn. both came 4 days after ordering, and they were sent regular USPS. There is no excuse

Agree. I am to the point of not ordering anymore until things change. In addition to shipping time, I am tired of paying multiple shipping charges. When you order a set (top and bottom), they should be shipped together. You can't tell me QVC doesn't get a discounted rate for shipping.

I feel your frustration ! I ordered the TSV Egg Harbor Salmon back on 2/23 and the order still says "waiting for carrier pickup" ! I have contacted CS twice to no avail. I posted about this on the boards several days ago and a few people noted they also placed their order the night it was first presented as I did and received their order timely.
I have ordered that salmon multiple times in the past, received it timely and it's very good.

@nicole s Shoekitty said. This is probably one of my all time beefs, since back in 1987. It seems they could have devised a way when you order multiple items, not the same item , color or vendor you ought to be able to have ONE SHIPPING FEE. Everyone else in the business is able to do it. QVC is one of the largest retailers in US, why can't they. I realize they deal with different venders. So does everyone else just about. MACYS, NORDIES, NEIMANS, lLBean. Etc. if I order 4 pairs of shoes, all different , and two blouses, and one shirt in one day at same time, why do they charge me 7 different shipping fees? Sometimes this can be over 35.00!,, they do get altered shipping rates. Whatever they get, is slower, and worse than anyone else sending same way. lol.

I agree. I ordered a set of two Susan Graver tops on Feb. 22nd. They are still "being prepared." I sent an email to the QVC Social Team and they did get back to me thanking me for being so patient. But my items have still not shipped yet, and I am labeled a "valued customer." In the past, my items have shipped very fast. So, I do not know what the problem is. I hope they did not let alot of shipping people go. That is the only thing I can think of right now.

It seems most clothing items are shipped from the east side of the country; I wonder if one of the warehouses there has some kind of order glitch, as I also have a top that was ordered on 2/22 and has not yet shipped. This is the first time in a really long time that I've experienced any kind of order delay—typically, my orders arrive within 7-8 days no matter where they ship from.

Well I had a big surprise last week when I received 2 orders in the same box ! I ordered cappaneli towel rolls and the Kim Gravel foundation TSV. They were in separate boxes then packed in one big box. Free shipping on both items and delivered by UPS.
